Delivery Details:

• Expect delivery within 2-3 working days with complete tracking information provided.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day, ensuring swift delivery.
• Deliveries are conducted by Royal Mail and Evri from Monday to Saturday.
• For deliveries to Highlands and Islands, an additional day may be required.
• Orders placed after 8 AM on Fridays or during weekends are shipped the following Monday, except on bank holidays.

Please Note:

• Delivery schedules may be affected by factors beyond our control such as operational delays at Royal Mail, strikes, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order is already dispatched and delayed, we cannot offer refunds until the item is delivered. For lost or incorrectly delivered items, we will resend the order.
